Mary Poe's fried fish

Soak fish fillets in Tabasco Sauce for 15 minutes. Pour the Zatarain’s Seasoned Fish Fry into a plastic bag, and toss in the fillets to coat them with the fry mixture. Deep fry the coated fillets in peanut oil until the fillets float to the surface. Drain on paper towels, and serve immediately.
